VARILITE provides a warranty on all new products. If a problem arises with your product, please email a warranty representative at info@varilite.com. All warranty claims will be handled promptly.
Please include:
- Nature of issue (air leak*, foam issue, valve failure, etc)
- PO number or image of the manufacturer stamp (proof of purchase)
- Image and video documentation of the nature of the issue (*air leaks must include results of dunk test, see our dunk test and repair kit video below)
